Most People Don't Understand Weather
According to this ARTICLE most average morons don't get when it's going to rain. Do YOU know what a 20% chance of precipitation means??? Read and find out!!
All I know is I KNOW RAIN. And SNOW. And of course SUNSHINE.
I'm unclear on Partly Cloudy days however.
